Complaint regarding Lenovo K3 Note service

Not satisfied at all with the lenovo service provided for the smartphones. Went to lenovo authorized service station in rajkot with my new lenovo k3 note which is taking much time in charging. They told me to change the port without proplerly looking into the issue and told that water went inside so it’s not able to charge. Inspite of i explaining them about nothing such things happened they were not listening and were talking rudely. they took my bill and didn’t gave a receipt or anything. Felt helpless and didn’t expected this.Should stop doing business if you are not able to provide services to your customers.
