Complaint regarding Lenovo K3 Note service

I purchased lenovo k3 note mobile phone in flipkart online puchase vide order/invoive No:OD203440246091616800 on 22/07/2015 at Rs9999/-. On dated 19.09.2015 the mobile charging pin was not connected due to that i was contacted the service center M/s Sri sai technologies,Visakhapatnam they have registered complaint on the same day vide recipt/workorder No:LO/15/4136. After 7 day i made call to the service center regarding status of mobile phone they said mother board has got failed and it has to replaced, we will make spare part order it will take time 20days .I was waited for 20days then i made call service center they said spare part was got and we did replaced but mobile phone not getting on , the mobile phone screen has to be replaced a new. for the replacing the screen will take 20days . I waited such time finally they said ready on 05/11.2015. I verified mobile found camera and the right side touch both are not working. Again i registered complaint in the service center on 07/11/2015 vide reciept no:8564. Sir I request you please do the justice for me why because i dont think the service center will rectify the problem and even they would rectify will take another 40days that means entire warranty period will be lapsed in the service center and i did not used the mobile even 2 months. Hence once again i request you please arrange the new mobile or else my will return back . Iam waiting for your Positive and valuable replay. If you wound want service complaint receipts and invoice i can able send.
