Complaint regarding Lenovo K3 Note servicing

I have purchased Lenovo K3 note IMEI NO. 867970020688814 from online shopping through Flipkart on 09-07- 2015. Its very nice phone and I used it regularly. After using¬† 6-7 months… I found some small mark or line of about 1cm approx on the upper left corner of the screen… But i neglect it coz i can't face any problem bcoz of that….. Now the mark or line is increase on screen upto approx 1-2 inch…. And its looks very awkward now… So i go to the service center now for troubleshooting the problem but they cant accept my phone in warranty and said that this problem is not covered in warranty. I ask him how to say this without cheking my phone or opened my phone then they say its company said u can ask to company. I think its display screen problem and its covered in warranty product coz i can also face same problem in my MI note phone and the service center replaced the screen in warranty. I dont have any other problem with my phone screen its work as usual. Its touch work fine at every point and display will also seen fine at every side but only the mark or line will increase time to time… And looks awkward in looking.

So its my request to solve my problem or give me some solution… That will give me satisfaction result as soon as. I attached the invoice copy of purchasing and the defect images of phone display screen.¬† Pls seen and find that is this any kind of defect that can not cover in warranty. I am waiting for ur kind reply.
