I ordered Lenovo K4 note. Within three months battery and display problem was detected. I submitted it at Lenovo Service Provider, Amravati. They gave me it back after a months long wait with an assurance that all problems had been solved. After few days, same problem was once again detected, so again I went to the service centr, Amravaati. They promised me that my smart phone will be back soon within 15 days. Meanwhile I called and mailed Lenovo Care (smartphonets[@]lenovo.com) twice they mailed me and once called to know my probblem and cunningly expressed their excuses. On their request, I waited for more 15 days. SO, after the 1 month and 2 days I got my smartphone, yesterday. I took it hoping It is working properly, bt when I observed it it was not working properly,as well as some new problems were also detected such as body was damaged, camera was not working even it was not opening. In such irritating way when I tried to contact lenovo and mailed them noone is taking any heed of it.. it Sucks.
