Complaint regarding Lenovo mobile service

I have purchased Lenovo K4 note mobile on january 26 2016. It got repaired and took my mobile to the service centre on March 2016. The service centre agent diagnoised and told that it was waterlocked and they repaired it will be working fine. Also they have informed me that if i come next time it will be chargeable. But it was not working when i took my mobile from the service centre and it was not charged more than 2% i stopped then and there itself and enquire with them. but the agent asked me to charge my mobile for 2 hrs in home it will be working fine. then i took my mobile back from service centre and i have charged for more than 2 hrs but still it is not charging more than 2%. Again i took my mobile back to the service centre and the agent told me that it will be cost up to 10 to 11 thousand which is close to the new mobile cost. From then till today i am following with lenovo service centre and executive director still there is no response from lenovo customer care and service centre.
