I purchased Lenovo K900 mobile phone through Snapdeal dated on 17/04/2015 with Invoice no 0E1BAB/15-16//11 with price 16890 and phone is under warranty. After five month of purchasing of phone….. phone start to give the problem. The problem was in touchscreen as well as in no power to screen. Then i went to one of the authorise service center in hyderabad (Sree Vinayaka Electronics, Chirag Lane Abid, Hyderabad) and given the phone to the service center on the date 06/10/15. they assured me that we will repair my mobile with in 22 days. From that day i went to service center arround ten times.

I also mailed a complain on smartphones@lenovo,com many time on dated 12/12/15, 13/12/15, 29012/15, 7/01/16, 8/01/16 and many more time( Reference no. 219420563).. but nobody is going to resolve my problem . Almost three month have been passed….. Yet there is no response till 10/01/2016. I am feeling very bad exprience with lenovo. in Future i will not buy any product of Lenove and not suggest to anybody I have seen so many people facing this kind of problem with lenovo service center so i am not intrested any more in lenovo.

Should stop business if you are not able to provide services to your customer.

So please find the attachment document(jobsheet) and do the needfull for refund amount
