Complaint regarding Lenovo Vibe mobile service

I have purchased Lenovo vibe x3 mobile through Amazon on 15th March 2016 where mobile warranty is one year and all accessories warranty is 6 months. After 3 months, The charger is not working. The mobile shows as charging but mobile not charging whereas I am able to use different chargers to charge the mobile without any problem . It clearly means that the charger has some problem

I went to service center in Jayanagar 4th Block, Banagalore yesterday, the executive says that USB cable is the problem and it won’t be covered under warranty and only adapter covers in warranty whereas the warranty card clearly shows that the charger is covered 6 months warranty. If I am not wrong, The charger is combination of Adapter and USB cable. They didn’t replace the USB cable . So they charged Rs 240.00 for replacing the USB cable instead of giving at free of cost . Because, the USB cable is in perfect condition without any damages and it is not charging for some reason.

Also, My Mobile is in perfect working condition and they asked me to leave the mobile in service center to check the problem either in mobile or in charger. while taking the phone, they have noticed one pink color in the panel which indicates there was little of water fell in the mobile and hence the warranty wont be considered for the mobile and the mobile will be treated out of warranty and to Just to check mobile also the service charge was Rs 173.00 and software problem around 250 rupees. And If the phone goes dead, no responsibility by the service center.

Firstly, I was not supposed to charge for USB cable replacement .
Secondly, How the phone is considered as liquid damage when it is working perfectly. Even if it is so, Servicing at least supposed to be free during the warranty period when buying the expensive phones as my mobile cost is 20,000 . Only parts cost should be charged for replacing.

Third and more importantly, the service center has to take the responsibility while repairing the service with in one year irrespective of damage as it should be fixed as their responsibility.

Finally- Due to charger problem, The mobile was charged with different mobile charger which screwed the life of the battery should be compensated.

If this is not resolved, I have all the proofs and will sue the company for the same.I can provide any details as per your request.

If you can’t resolve it, Kindly direct me to escalate this issue to the concerned forum/court.

I would appreciate your resolution in this regard.
