Complaint regarding Lenovo Zuk Z1 mobile service

I have purchased lenovo zuk z1 mobile in amazon through emi with my friend account on may 19th 2016, after one month im facing so many problems with that mobile, below are the problems,

1)both sim cards are not detecting,
2)hanging problem in handset after attending calls,
3)display not working after a call,
4)while calling to others it is going to restarting automatically,
5)display is blinking automatically and heating also.

I have given my mobile to servicing, i have called them, they replayed me it will take 15 days time for servicing, so i accepted for that after 15 days i called them again but they said it will take 7 more days for servicing, so again i accepted for that then after 7 days again i called them,they repeated same thing it will take 7 more days for servicing i don’t no what is going on it is almost completed 30 days, till now im not get my mobile back, please give me my mobile back with good condition or replace with another new mobile please.

This is very formal request to lenovo company to return my mobile, im ready to proceed with any formalities required i.e,returing the handset or any documentation,i want the action to be taken with in 3 days of receiving the complaint,looking forward for your reply.

    Same Problems happen in my mobile with additional problem of Charging issue.
    i want to file a complaint about this lenovo Product.
    any suggestion
