Complaint regarding lens and frame from Lenskart

For the lens and frame i purchased from lenskart i didn’t get the lens perfect and the amount i spent to purchase is very expensive. Since lenses are getting scratches by just cleaning the lens with liquid they supplied, i approached them requesting to validate and replace my lens from the second month of my purchase but their only statement is scratches doesn’t cover in warranty and thus it is not progressing.
