I have purchased LETV Mobile Model LE2. I am facing following problems.
No adequete customer support service is not avaliable 24*7. No body is picking call.
I want replacement as it has heating problem.
It is working slow.
Service centre I have visited service centre immdiately once I have taken the mobile but they rejected to entertain as bill was not their irrespective of product information and serial number of avaliable.
Various communication done with customer service no response at all. They are asking to reset the mobile which is in chinease languwage. If I reset the mobile my entire day will be spent on downloading applications, updating passpowads etc.
No headphone, OTG cable, Screen guard was provided with mobile irrespective of paying Rs 14000.
I want replacement of mobile immdiately. If it is against the policy of LETV then they should send technical person who should be able to resolve this issue.

I have attached mail communication alongwith Invoice copy.
