Complaint regarding Letv mobile service

I have purchased letv 1s mobile phone from flipkart on 4th march. In may the phone got some issue so I gave it to service centre at dadar Shriram neotech on 12th may as per their record it is 13th may that I don’t mind. They told me that I will get a new mobile in replacement in 8 to 10 working days. But they are making fake promises. I have called the tollfree number service centre almost more then 50 times. Tolllfree executive makes us fool with different reasons all the time. Someone says your mobile is already given to the service centre someone else says that you will get in next week someone says our escalation team will contact you within 48 hours. Their escalation team called me after a month that also twice only to ask that did you receive your phone. They only don’t know whether I received it or not. First they should ask their team that did they provide the phone to the service centre or not and asking me whether I received it or not. Now its almost 63 days gone. More than 2 months so they won’t give me this warranty extension also and still not sure whether they are giving my mobile. So I kindly request you to help me get my money back from the letv company. I don’t want this type of mobile which has lack of services. I am fed up calling them so finally writing here for the help. Please do help me as early as possible.
