Complaint regarding Letv mobile service delay

I have given my mobile handset (Letv Le x526) to the service center (kolkata2, 7, khairu place, ground floor, kolkata) on 08.07.2017 for touch auto working & battery backup low. The jobsheet no is JS17070800766. At the time of submitting handset to the service center, they told me that it will take one week time. I have called to the customer care (Letv Le india) several times and they said they are running short of mobile handset. Now my concern is the mobile is with the company for last 60 days (it may take more time as they are saying there is a shortage of handset), so when i will get my device. Now, i want may mobile back after repair is done and also the the extension of warranty period.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
