I bought LG G4 Dual sim on June,2015. Everything was very good until 6 months of my usage till monday 7/12/15 when the phone hanged on boot. I tried to restart in but it got struck in LG logo. Then I took it to the lg service center where they made me wait for 2hours to know what’s the problem with the device. After 2 hours of checking they said motherboard needs to be replaced and I will get the device by Thursday(10/12/15) but when I called them on thursday they said the motherboard is not in stock so I will get the device before 15th december. and when I called them today (12/12/15)they said they have not yet received the motherboard and can’t say by when I will get my device. Its really hurting to see that after paying such a huge price for purchasing the phone I am getting the worst services from the company which is winning brand trust awards in India.

Please help me get my device back in proper and perfect working condition at the earliest or else ask LG to give me a replacement with a new one. Please help me out.
