Complaint regarding LG LED TV installation charges from Flipkart

I bought a TV from flipkart, LG 80cm (32) HD Ready LED TV (32LF561D 2XHDMI, 1XUSB), for which they have mentioned free installation and demo. However, they did not provide it. When I called and asked them, they said LG will do it. When I called LG, LG said it will be charged. When I conveyed the same to flipkart, flipkart said that they will get it reimbursed. So, I asked LG engineer to come n install it. When asked for invoice, he said, it will be sent to me via mail by the evening. Now it has been almost 6 months, neither I got any mail, nor any money. I even tried calling them and taking up the issue a couple of times, however they ask me to take it up with LG and get the details of the engineer who installed and get the invoice. Now, when I ask LG, they ask me to check with flipkart. I am clueless of whom to go to. Please assist.

Attached is the latest and last mail from flipkart, regarding the matter, after which I just a couple of calls from them, saying the same thing and that’s all.
