I bought an LG mobile 6months back. It’s display got damaged during warranty period and I approached service centre for repairing. They told me that they will call me in a week. I waited for one week and there was no response from them. So I called them and they replied me that they were not able to service the mobile. I kept on calling them frequently and after 2 months they told me that the board inside the mobile got damaged and it needs to be replaced. And gave me an invoice of Rs. 10712/- The funniest part is that the brand new mobile cost less thAn that. It’s not about money. I wasted my time going behind service centre people. Now I lost faith in them. I just send this message not to insult LG but please see that this won’t happen to any one again.
