Complaint regarding LG service under warranty

My TV which is under warranty (less than 1 year), got an issue with HDMI port and suddenly all the port stopped working one by one. I have registered my complaint with LG on 11/jul complaint number #RNA160711000839 and till today 3/Aug i didnt got a resolution.

Let me describe the events one by one.
1) Engineer visited my house on 12 july and found the mother board is faulty and ensured it would be fixed in 2 days
2) I have called customer care on 15 july they told the have expedite the process it would be fix in 2 days
3) 19 July LG engineer came with wrong part which didn’t fitted in my TV
4) after various followup on twitter, LG contact person, customer care on 24 july LG lead(Rahul Verma) told me that part is not available with LG and we would replace your TV in 2 days
5) On 27 july LG contact person told me replacement request has been rejected and now part is available we will get it replaced by 3rd Aug
6) Today i have chased everyone on LG call centre, every where but i didn’t get resolution.
7) Customer care has given me regional person contact details, even she couldn’t done anything.

Kindly help me, i am tired chasing LG representative over phone, social media etc. they have cheated me. I am service person chasing these people since last 1 month.

I have
a) Original invoice
b) Twitter conversation
c) Email reminders which i have sent
d) Call details i have made to LG personal.

Let me know if anything else required to get me justice
