I had one side by side refrigerator model No GCB207GL, purchased in AUG 2014. After 16 month there was no cooling and as per Service engineer gas has leaked. No reason of leakage in such short time was told to me. After another 5 month there was again no cooling. on 30th May i lodged complaint vide complaint No RNA 160530039449. There was no response and on 31st may on my calling to customer support new complaint was registered vide complaint No RNA 160531089274. Service engineer called me on 1st June and said again gas has leaked, reason was gas tube has fouled with cover and gas has leaked. on 4th June gas was filled but compressor did not start. On observing 5 lights on PCB he said condenser is defective and replaced the condenser. Again compressor did not start and said PCB is defective. He said it will 3 days to procure PCB which ultimately arrived on 16th June after 12 days of repeatedly follow up. There was no suitable explanation from call center and service center. on 16th he replaced the PCB and there was no cooling. He said compressor is defective. In this all experiments display unit also start malfunctioning. He suggested to send the Refrigerator to Service station for thorough check up. Again on 17th New service engineer turned up replace the PCB and could start the refrigerator. From 17th June there is no cooling in freezer section to make ice. Reported the matter to service station and till date no action is being taken.

Please look into the matter and arrange to replace the defective refrigerator with new refrigerator as i am now convinced that it is beyond repairs. For the last 23 days i am facing problem in this peak summer season. I purchased high tech LG product thinking my life will be good which in fact become hell during last 23 days.

Please look into the matter and resolve the matter.
