We purchased a LG 32 LH 500B model TV vide Invoiced at Div 12 Associate ID 168171, invoice 22966137 dt. 08/23/2016 at USA on online and using at our door.
Due lost its display, we have given a complaint to LG customer care No.18003159999 on dt. June 7th 2017. For this we have received a message as RNP No.170607056559. We have reminded on June 13 2017 vide their RNP No.170613073844.
A person from LG came and verified our TV and taken a picture of the defective parts, model no. etc. On our frequent calls, they replied as it is in process on June 8, 14, 16, 30 of 2017. On June 29 2017 replied that it was given to JS Electronics.
As per the Customer care suggestion, I contacted repeatedly they replied as they are trying to get the suitable parts for rectification of our TV.
As they are not caring even after passed 4 months, I send a email duly demanding to replace it with New TV and compensation for the inconvenience caused to us.
I am here with attaching a file of: Copy of Invoice, mails received from the Company for your kind perusal.
Therefore I request your goodselves to kindly take necessary action to do justice.
