Complaint regarding LG washing machine service

I bought a Washing Machine for Rs.29,000 on May 2012 holding serial number : 202PNDW1R866, Model :LG INVERTER Direct Drive 6.5 Kg, Model number: T7018AEEP5. Two years later I replaced a spare for Rs.4000. And it is just two years now and again there is problem with Washing Machine. On first service they suggested to change the PCB board as they assumed problem was with this only. They took 3 weeks to analyse on this issue and again suggested a new solution saying problem might be with transformer and then finally they came to a conclusion that the problem was only with PCB board. Then a new suggestion came in saying that the this model of PCB board is not manufactured anymore and cannot be replaced. They concluded that only way to solve this problem is refunding 15% of the amount i.e. Rs.4000.

In the 3 weeks I had to struggle calling them repeatedly and asking the status and when they would come to diagnose the issue. It was a very poor response. We had to take leave and stay at home waiting for them but at last no one came. Lost all hope and confidence with LG.Earlier we used to suggest LG for our family and friends but now we are going to suggest them never to choose option of LG as we have seen as how worst the Service is after getting the product.Very badly disappointed.

Few hours back I called Manager and narrated all the stories before I raise a complaint. He told he will call in 30 minutes but its 2 hours now and now response from the concerned manager.Worst response ever!!
