Complaint regarding LIC agent services

I was called by some LIC agent named Dxxxxxxt on 30th Sept 2016 for a new LIC policy and plan. I liked the product and advised the agent to send an agent for the documents and cheque. I handed over my documents and a cheque of 27000/- on the name of LIC. The cheque was cleared on 06th Oct, 2016 but I didn’t get any calls regarding policy details after that. I contacted the agent and he didn’t respond. I called from another number and he put my calls on hold after hearing my name. Since then he is not picking my calls. Below are his details

I called on the landline number also but they tell me to put on hold and then cut the calls. This looks like a fraud to me as 19 days have passed but I haven’t received any response or calls from LIC. I complained to LIC but got no response. I feel helpless now. Please can you help in this regard.
