I bought Lloyd AC 1.5 ton on 17 march. As it wasn’t cooling well I lodge a complaint against it on 18 april and lloyd text me with a number to call if it takes more than 24 hours to resolve. When I call at the number he said sir sham ko kra dunga then he said kl kra dunga, I called escalation matrix 1 avinash on 19 April he said sir aj krata hu but they didn’t now on 20 I called all, 2nd escalation matrix mailed noddle officer and they said same ki sir aj pakka ho jayega but they again didn’t

I called them around 5 times on 20 April. My product is under warranty. Also they are saying if there will small problem we resolve it on spot but if problem is big they will take 5 more days. When buying the AC Lloyd they said service will be provided within 24 hours. Kindly solve it
