This is reference to new loan application applied in Capital First. It has been almost 20 days have applied for loan but they are fail to disburse the amount yet. Officials of Capital first (Kalyan Branch) have made false commitments regarding ROI i.e firstly they said 14% will be charged on reducing method and in sanction letter they wrote 18% in fixed method and principal amount we asked for only 5 Lac and they sanction for 6 lac. While asking the reason for this mistake they were not answerable and we requested to process for 5 Lac and 14% ROI as per commitment so they said they will try but they haven’t given any assurance for it. We always call officials of Capital first regarding status of loan application but they always fail to reply. Request to take this a serious concern and reply back to us.
