Complaint regarding lost phone in Ola Cab

On 21 May 16 i have booked OLA cab to go to hospital at old air port road. I was trying to book cab Mr yxxxxxa got booked he took almost like 30 min to reach my location. I asked him to pick people at a location he refused straight stating “i will not pick up again rebook the cab “. I did the same but some other cab got booked. Other cab reported in 10 min. My phone accidently got left in that cab only. I was in hurry so did not realized about my belongings. I was supposed to reach the hospital on time. After some time i realized my phone is in cab so i complaint in ola cab having faith on the system . But ola said you can get better help by contacting the driver. This driver straight away refused as though he was expecting my call. My phone was a 1000rs basic set of samsung. Which was switched off when i tried calling that no. This clearly indicates my phone was discovered and sim was removed and thrown. Ola also did not take any actions. Now I m facing problem in getting a duplicate sim since no was post paid and on roaming. Because of this i faced two problems firstly got late for my appointment and second lost my phone.
