Complaint regarding low quality BSNL SIM card

I am from kanniyakumari district tamilnadu. I use bsnl SIM card for last one yr….after using sim card for two months it automatically got disconnected…I went to Marthandam BSNL office in kanniyakumari district in the state of Tamil Nadu..they told to buy duplicate Sim for RS.20…again for next two months no problem…but after tat it got disconnected again…in one year this happens for about 5 times…at last o asked officials what is the reason…they told it’s due to low quality sim card….same thing happens for my wife and my friends…problem is if the sim got disconnected on Fridays…for next two days I can’t communicate…so kindly do necessary steps for the same…thank you
