I had purchased MI 4 phone from flipkart and within 1 month, i had issue and i gave it for repair to BTM Authorised centre managed by TVS electronics. They took almost 3 month to replace mother board. Again after few months, again, i had issues, they again took long time to replace mother board but this time, they did not do the complete repair. They have given in writing. They said they will replace handset, which never happened. Now again, i am not able to login and now they are saying that warranty is over but i did tell them that they have not done the complete repair. They are asking for Rs 10,000 for repair, which is unfair. Post my purchase, i must have visited almost 50 times to BTM centre for repair and status update. Kindly resolve my issue.
