I have given My Mi Note 3 in service center on 12.10.2016. There is problem in Display. They said it will take minimum one month time and also they have not given any replacement. After following up they said that they dont have parts and they cannot confirm by when they can give the mobile. We as customer are forced to make other arrangement for using our mobile. Why dont they provide the replacement or new hand set when there is issue at there end. I am attaching there with my Inspection Sheet given by them and my complain number is 12665/20083636.

Please help me as the customer care center people are not responding problem and customer care number no body reply to us.
