Complaint regarding Mi5 servicing

I had some serious issues with the camera of my Mi5 (order no 5160504102011790) from the very first day. As instructed by service personnel, I have factory restored my phone and new issues with the camera popped up with an additional issue of non-functional Bluetooth. The customer services accepted my return request(160518-001863) on 18th May and asked me to wait for their back-office to reach me. Till 6th June I have followed up 5-6 times and had the same answered: ” your request has been escalated and will get back to you soon”.
On 6th June I managed to talk with Mr Iftekhar, Supervisor there. He assured me a call back withing 72 hours. I explicitly mentioned that I am unable to pick up calls on my mobile during weekdays as we are not allowed to carry mobiles to work place (Indian Space Research Organisation). I provided him my office desk no and he acknowledged it and assured that it will not be a problem(Chat history saved). A week later up on enquiry I came to know my replacement request has been cancelled as the back office could not contact me on my Mobile.
I presented my case to another supervisor over phone this time and he just denied that he cannot open another request and I have to live with this faulty device.
I am sad because I am left with a Rs. 25698 and denied replacement for some wrong reasons.
