Complaint regarding Micromax A114 service

I have given my mobile oF model A114 for servicing on 25th May 2015 at Basheerbagh office and as confirmed by service engineer the mobile should get repaired in 20 to 25 days. As it was under warranty period I said i am ok for it and asked them to kindly get it repaired. And I have taken the job sheet and returned home. My job sheet number is E040668051516830153.

I have called back the company to know the status on 20th of June on the number 040 65288800 to know the status and the way the executive has talked was very rude and said it’s been intimated to u that the time taken for this is 25 days then why did u call. I just hanged on.

Again I have called them after 5 days to check the status and they say they are not aware of it and would call me once they receive any communication from there HO and kept the phone.

Now its been almost two months and still they are not aware of the status for the mobile given for the repairing. If I go to the market It would cost me 12000 rupees and the company is just taking it lightly and hardly concerned about the customers pain.

Since I am a link banking and could not find the time to go to Basheerbagh and find the status still could manage to go to their office but of no use.

Request your help in getting my mobile back as I have the feeling that I will not be getting it back and even if it is repaired I fear company will say that I have to bare the cost of repairing as the warranty period is only till June ending.
