Complaint regarding Micromax after sales service

I have submitted my Micromax A290 phone to below mentioned service center at three times. Every time they returned my phone back to me in the same condition in which i have submitted it. I mean to say that they did not resolved the bug and returned back in the same condition. the owner of the service center is ready to make a fight with a bad behaviour. i am attaching all the three job sheets with the complaint which the service center have alloted me at the time of mobile submission. Everytime they took a time of 45 to 60 days send my phone back to me. but after this all my mobile is still faulty and right now it is in the service center. i denied to accept it in this condition this time. No one is taking responsibility to make it fixed.
