I purchased a mobile on 16.11.2015 micromax canvas e-481, and now i forget the privecy protection code. and micromax care center saying that this is a premium device so they can not give me service and i have to call the premium care no for the replacement so i called them. on 16.12.2015 and till now they are saying wait for 24 hr. our deot will call you and they are not calling me. now i want some help from you to tell a lession to micromax for the fake commetments and not providing the services in the warranty period.
