Complaint regarding Micromax canvas servicing

About 4 months ago I had a problem in my micromax Canvas Nitro A310 which is under warranty. I went to the service centre and submitted the phone over there and they told me to come after 20 to 25 days later. After 25 days I called them and asked to get my phone and they told me that this will take 10 to 15 more days and this is the response after every 15 days now its been around 4 months and still I didn’t get my phone. I’ve submitted the phone on 24th september 2015, since then i am waiting to get my phone .

I’ve also registered my complaint several times over phone call with micromax customer support as well as wrote multiple times email at email address : and and didn’t get any response other than automated email and on phone support they are having the same line :

“sir you phone is still in the company and this will take 15 more days.”

I am really fed up with this how many 15 days are needed to simply fix an issue with a phone. Please help me I am feeling that I’ve been cheated and now I want my money back. I have spent around Rs 12000 for buying this phone.

This is really frustrating and not acceptable at all. Please help 🙁
