I have submitted my Micromax funbook (ESN NO.2300DF7246EFEE9, ModelCode: SERMOB0177) to Micromax service centre in Marathahalli with “touch broken” problem on 7th April, 2015 (jobsheet no.S010088-0415-15941451) . I have been told that my product can be fixed within 7 days. But its been 3 weeks. But most disappointing part is the response from the service centre. I have been trying to reach their contact number (080-25225566) more than 100times, which shows the line is busy ( I strongly believe they keep the receiver aside for avoiding the call which is unethical and unprofessional) and they don’t receive any call on mobile number (9742813334). I am staying 15kms awway from service centre . I have been to service centre twice in last 3 weeks time, the response they give is “in 3days they would give the call back” which they don’t do generally. These kind of service centre which eats the customers time should be punished. As a customer, I want my product fixed at the earliest (At least in a months time :-(). Help me out, if you can. Thanks.
