Complaint regarding Micromax juice mobile service

Recently I bought one new Micromax Juice 3 mobile from The Mobile Store, within 2 months the battery wasn’t taking charge. I went to the Micromax Service Centre (Authorised), it’s was under warranty period for an year, but unfortunately they said that I have to pay for the same, battery problem doesn’t fall under warranty. I agree and got ready to pay, but for the new battery they have to order, they did the same and asked me to wait for 15 days.

Now it’s almost 1 month 5 days gone, still the battery is yet to arrive and once again they are asking me to wait for another 20 days.

My question is how come such a brand company Micromax doesn’t have accessories stock at their authorised service centre, for battery, does it needed a couple of months. Since then my new (2 months) running mobile has been kept switched off, now if they are so late in delivering the battery, then my mobile might get into some more problem, as everyone knows that any running electronic products can’t be kept off for a long time or else it won’t work.

Kindly look into this matter.
