I purchased Micromax 40T2820FHD LED TV on Jan/17/2015 at Spencers(Kurnool). There was a problem with the LED screen and soon I called to micromax customer care toll free number 18605008899 and could not connect to that and more over it is not a tollfree number and I was charged every call so I called to one of the authorized service center of micromax namely Televideo service center-Kurnool.They raised a complaint with micromax and they told us that they are going to replace my TV with a new one(same model)as I have one year warranty. But they are trying to replace my TV with older versions and different models which are not at all equal to my TV when compared with price and quality. I have repeatedly asked them to replace with same model but they are hellbent in convincing me to accept lower end version models and also they said that my model was completely stopped but it is totally untrue. Please some one take this as a complaint and get my problematic TV to be replace with same model. Complaint ID=AN-160915-502879 (Televideo Service center)
