I have purchased a Micromax led tv from paytm.com on 17-6-2016 and its been 15 days i have raised a complaint on micromax care that i am seeing a defect in the screen which is a horizontal. After 2 days a technician visited from “Palam” delhi to check it and said either the panel will change or you will get the replacement. Executives will come to your house and take the product.After then i got a call from a person from palam service center to pick up the product i said ok for that but i have tried calling them from last 3 days (22nd sept to 24th sept 2016) but there is no response at all.
I would request the authorities to assist me in this issue as it is not an easy task to purchase a big tv from a small salary and that too is defective.
