On 18/6/2016 I placed an order of Micromax x351 black+silver mobile,ITEM CODE: DB5871393, ORDER NO: 13795568119,SUBORDE NO: 17260909376,IMEI NO: 356971056666771, from SNAPDEAL .COM. On 21/6/2016 it was delivered to me. On 27/6/2016 the mobile suddenly dead . On 28/6/2016 I placed a return and refund request to SNAPDEAL . SNAPDEAL inform me to contact with service centre , I did the same immediately. Service centre reported me that it is not the original product of Micromax, so they cannot provide any service or document against this product. After repeated visit at service centre, finding no other alternatives, on 8/7/2016 I made a telephonic contact between SNAPDEAL AND MICROMAX SERVICE CENTRE. After that SNAPDEAL replied (telephonic)” within 24 hrs. a massage will send to you written the name of currier who will received the product from you”. Finally on 11/7/2016 again I report SNAPDEAL for the same problem and they ensure me that my request has already accepted(25642153), but till now no result . so I am requesting you please help me. Thanking you.
