Complaint regarding Micromax mobile service

I bought micromax mobile handset VS97050 on 25/05/2016. It’s battery was not working & charging properly. So, we send it to micromax service centre & got back after 12 days. But still the problem was same. So, we again gave it to micromax service centre where they told that mobie is broken. when we handover the mobile to service centre, it was in proper condition. only the battery problem was there. & it is still in warraty. But they told that they will charge for repairing. so, we want to complaint against micromax company & it’s service centre that they sold defective piece to us. so, kindly give me some good solution of it. & all the proof like bill, mail from service centre , we are attatching here.
