I had purchased a micromax canvas A104 Mobile thru flipkart on april 2015. after 11 months of use there was some problem in the mobile related to downloading unnecessary applications and start laucher loading everyt now and then.

I approved to micromax authorised service center in gandinagar sector -22 on 28th march 2016. The product was still under warranty till this time. after repeated followup withrRidhhi commumnication aAuthorised micromax service center) they informed me that they are not able to track the imei number and the product is not a genuine duplicate), but they are not providing any proof in writing/email.

I have followed up with them multiple times over phone and email but fail to get any positive response fromrRiddhi communication till date.

I hereby request for a help in getting a written proof conforming the product being not genuine, so that i can contact the seller (flipkart) and bring to their notice.

i am attaching the following documents for reference

1. invoice
2. email communication with micromax service center
3. box photo showing the imei number
