I purchased a Micromax set model no.AS301 on 26.05.2016. From that day I was trying to connect wi-fi but failed. On 14.06.2016 I went to service center near ganja park at bhowanipur for help. They said it’s the problem of mother board. They take the set for repair and told me it will take one month to repair. Neither they gave any supstitute set nor any replacement. My question is that, I have purchased it for emergncy purpose then how can I contact in emergency through out the month???
