Complaint regarding Micromax mobile service delay

I have submitted my micromax mobile phone aq5001 on 22.08.16 to or service center, Gaya.

Till date I did not get my cellphone back. This is very bad. My complained receipt no. E040292-0816-25030345. I request u plz tell them to get back my phone. I have 10 times approx to the service center. But they are not giving my cellphone back. One time he told that ur cellphone is dead so company is giving u this phone. That phone was old and the owner of that mobile was there. I told them that I can’t take this mobile becoz this is not mine. And also when warranty cellphone is dead then company have to give replaced with new set. Plz do something.
