Complaint regarding Micromax phone servicing

I have purchased micromax canvas colour 2 phone on 23.07.2015, after somtime I faced problem with handset as it was overheating.

I approached micromax customer care in patel nagar on 03.09.2015, they asked for submission of phone as the phone will get repaired in two weeks.

Today on 10.10.2015 they are giving me another used phone saying that your phone was not repaired so we are giving you another phone which is used one. Also, my memory card got damaged due to overheating.

I want know why should I take used phone as I have submitted new phone. Either I should get a new phone from the company or my original phone back after repair and also compensation for inconvenience caused to me and for memory card.

Please help me getting out of this issue.
