I had brought a new Micromax Canvas 2 Colours A120 Grey on March 19 2015 for my brother. It suddenly Showed a problem of some dust in the front camera. He went to the authorized micromax service center in Tinsukia, Assam on 06-06-2015 and handed over the set to them in completely new condition with any scratches or spots and any other issues of hardware and software except the dust intrusion issue. Later on the same day they returned the phone to him stating the problem is resolved, when he tried to switch on the phone the display didn’t worked. He again reported the issue and handed over the phone to them, they told him that the display is not working and asked him to come by 8 June to receive the phone. He as asked again went to receive the phone on 8th, after getting the phone he switched it on and found that the volume buttons are not working. He again reported the issue but this time the authority there asked him to adjust with the problem and manage the issue by his own. As the set was new so he insisted on resolving the issue so they told him to wait for 10-12 days after that they will see in that matter. And when he gave them the phone it was completely brand new but after they returned it, it was full of scratches and spots. I complained this problem in a site www.consumercompalints.in on june 9th but still no reply has been received from them and neither any action has been taken in this regards. As a citizen of India i request you to kindly look into this matter and help me out. Thank you.
