I purchased Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 COLOR – White (IMEI/ESN NO: 911429300644258 / 911429300745287) on 06.05.2015 from online shopping website Snapdeal.com.

That after 2-3 months I was facing some problems (Touch, Speaker issue, Battery auto low) with this product, so I submitted it to the service center of the micromax named M/S Shri Hari Computer Solutions, SCO – 189, Huda Complex, Rohtak, Haryana – Pin Code – 124001 on 25.08.2015 (JOB SHEET NO: N050065-0815-18796656) than the service center’s person told me that it will take around 2 weeks (15 days). After 15 days I had called the service center many times and when I personally visit service center they always extend the date and always tell different date for the return of the phone. I visit to service center approximate 25 times and during this period service center did not provide me any other mobile phone.

That around 2 months later when I went to collect the same after repair on 20-10-2015 I shocked when service center returned the phone and there were still some problems like “Screen was not fixed properly, sometimes touch not work, sometimes touch auto works, Back cover has changed, There were many scratches and cracks on the mobile phone” and all these fault came in the mobile phone due to the fault and negligence of employees of your company. I informed the service center accordingly and they picked up the mobile phone and also give me assurance to complete the all work properly and on own responsibility with in 4 or 5 days. But they were unable to do the needful in time & and also ignoring me by one pretext to another and cause and hardship and loss of the complainant on day to day. After 7-8 days they told me that I have to again submit this device back to the service center and they will send it to the head branch, they again provide me a job sheet (JOB SHEET NO: N050065-1015-20018187) on 30.10.2015 and said to wait for 20 days.

I make call 15 or more time on customer care no. 18605008286, many times they said after 24 hour our team contact you but no response. My home is far away from service center I go there by auto. I spend more than 500 only calling customer care, on fare 1000 and I had to do important work on internet with the help of this device and due to all this I losses per month Rs 10,000/-

I’m totally fed up and unsatisfied with the service they are giving to the customers. Now I want that a new Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 mobile phone delivered to me very soon. I’m waiting for a positive response from you. Or else I’m going to file a case against the micromax company in consumer court.
