Complaint regarding Micromax Tab service

I have purchased a Micromax Tab P666 on 13.11.15. It started malfunctioning from 1st Feb 2016 and on 3rd February the tab was totally stopped working, from that day I could not even switch it on. Then at 15th Feb I took it to the service center and from then it is still living over there. After several communication and followups they are rudely behaving with me and telling that I won’t get my tab back. I want a resolution for it as soon as possible and want a replacement also.
