I bought a product (Catwalk gold slip-ons, size 38 EU) for my mom from www.snapdeal.com Received the order but the size was little small so opted for exchange first. But size 39 EU was not available hence opted for return. Now the company says we ll not accept your return as your account doesn’t meet up to our internal checks. I spoke to their senior executive named Mr. Hxxxxt Sxxxxxh and even he refused to help me out and clearly refused to accept the return. If they had such issues why was i not informed before or while ordering that my account does nt match up to their internal checks or for your this order we will not be accepting any returns. Moreover i have received almost 50 emails from the company stating “we are missing you” and throwing offers via emails to come and shop on their website.
