Complaint regarding misguidance by HDFC Bank agent

I have a credit card off hdfc bank in which I received call from hdfc bank agent who commit me for limit of 60 k to 1 lakh. But when I received my credit card I have got limit 20 k , however I have raise a complaint to hdfc bank credit card deapartment where I have not got proper response. Even customer care department and higher deppt not gave me proper response in it .when I have shared then all call recording they have claim there is no such commitment given by them where in I have mailed them multiple times that I have proof of all call recording.they have cheated me for given false commitment. Kindly help me out in this case because we believe in our constitution.

    Fixing of credit limit is purely at the discretion of the bank and this is done based on your income criteria and other risk factors. Information provided by agents cannot always be relied upon as they quite often tend to exaggerate things for marketing purpose.
