I ordered a blue colored Milton Thermosteel Maestro 500ml flask on 31.08.16. A few days later I was told via telephone that blue color was not available, only steel grey is available. I declined to accept and got refund. I again found the item available for purchase and ordered it on 25.09.16. This time there was no intimation but a steel colored flask was delivered. I asked for a replacement and informed customer care via email. They assured that the proper item will be replaced this time. Again I got a steel grey flask delivered on 04.10.16. The order and invoice says its a blue colored flask. Its unjust to harass customers repeatedly and make false promises. Secondly if an item is not available for sale, they should not make it available for buying online. When I mailed my complaint for the third time, they said they will take it back and refund the money. They have not taken the item back till now although promised to do so. I want future consumers should not be harassed like me. Refund is not everything. Harassment is unethical. Necessary action may please be taken against the e commerce website for misleading customers and the seller for harassment.
