Complaint regarding missed delivery by Indian Railways

On 18/06/16 I travelled with my friend in Indian Railways Sampark Kranti Train no- 12450
Ticket PNR no – 2646573131. Bike luggage bill-t booking receipt no – 673564. Both had different tickets & different luggages as Royal Enfield Bullet bikes to be delivered with us at Vadodara station on 19/06/16 along with us.

The train was on time 19/06/16 22:00 at Vadodara but there was no employee/worker/hammal/agent from parcel-luggage office to open the seal/lock at station for luggage compartment & unload the bike.

Moreover there was very poor response from Parcel office employees, no one was ready to take responsibility for service negligence & they asked to come in morning. In morning we learnt that no-one unloaded bikes, as being only passengers we could only wait and watch but we did-not receive delivery of our bikes.

They said bikes have reached last station Madgao, Goa and couldnot be delivered before 3-4 days at Vadodara station.

We were harassed, pressurised to leave our bikes no where & go home. I live & work at Udaipur, I again have to go Vadodara & enquire if bike has come.

I need to spend 2-3 days leave more to receive my bike and a few thousand rupees more for my double journey. I seek a strict action on railways sir/madam in this regard.
