I ordered a product from homeshop18 with product no. 982759477 when I received it on 14 December 2015, and found that the product quality was cheap and there was one item missing from the combo I ordered. So I decided to register a complain and they registered a complain with complain no. 149682075. First of all they said that I didn’t registered the complain within 48 hr then when I said them that I send a to homeshop18 on same day of delivery on twitter then they file a complain. And now they are saying they don’t have reserve pick up so I would have to courier the product and they wont refund me. This has happened with me twice with the same site. Previous time after my regular complain they took back there product but this time they not resolving my problem and just torturing me. So please take the required action.
