Complaint regarding missing product from Jabong

Below is the chronological sequence of events:

19th July: Order No: 160719393909565 was placed. It comprised of 5 items
27th July: 4 items are delivered
30th July: Return request placed online for all 4 items. Jabong confirms pick-up by 2nd August
3rd Aug: Receive an email which is completely FALSE. I want to return the items and none from Jabong has ever reached out -“We would like to confirm that your return request number 31605318 is now closed. As per our delivery partners, our field executives contacted you for return of the items but you have chosen to keep the products”
4th Aug – 10th Aug: I have tried to reach Jabong team through various mediums – email/phone/social media and also escalate matter as per the matrix available on the site. But no response. I have still not even received the 5th item of my order for which the website still shows estimated delivery of 24th July!
I have also written to Mr. Bxxxxxl from the Flipkart team considering Jabong is now taken over by Flipkart. However surprisingly there is no response even from his desk.

It is completely frustrating to be chasing Jabong and their owners but not get any response. Have our money stuck because of this. Need assistance to resolve this at priority.
